Value Added Reseller
Value Added Resellers sell Vizocom’s products and services to their established customer base. VARs are focused on delivering high quality services and solutions to their customers, and they will resell Vizocom’s equipment and/or services, and will handle installations and support.
The VAR goes to the market under their own company name, while Vizocom works behind the scenes to keep the network humming smoothly. The VAR is responsible for their own sales, installation, billing, branding and Tier I technical support.
VARs may buy satellite hardware from Vizocom at wholesale prices, then sell it to the end user and performs the installation. They are assigned a login and access to our Reseller Portal, and they provide airtime order for the customers on the system.
